Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-27

These terms apply to your use of unidal.tech, the website of Unidal Technology CC, a close corporation based in Windhoek, Namibia. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

The site describes our services and products, publishes articles on security topics, and lets you contact us through the project survey and the investor enquiry form. It is provided for information.

Not professional advice

Articles, threat briefs and other content on this site are general information about security topics. They are not advice for your organization’s specific circumstances and are not a substitute for an assessment of your own systems.

We take care to keep content accurate, but security information dates quickly, and we do not guarantee that everything on the site is complete, accurate or current when you read it.

Contacting us does not create an engagement

Submitting the project survey, or contacting us in any other way, does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Any engagement is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. How we handle what you submit is described in our Privacy Notice.

No offer of investment

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or interest in Unidal Technology CC. The investor enquiry form is an invitation to make contact. Any investment would be made only under separate written agreements, after independent due diligence, and subject to applicable Namibian law.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • interfere with or disrupt it, or place unreasonable load on it, including through denial-of-service attacks or automated bulk submissions;
  • submit false, misleading or unlawful content through our forms, or another person’s details without their permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the systems behind it, or any data it holds.

Good-faith security research is welcome when it follows our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, which sets out the ground rules and the safe harbor we offer. Testing outside that policy is not authorized by these terms.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, graphics, and the Unidal Technology name and logo, belongs to Unidal Technology CC unless stated otherwise. You may view it, and share it unmodified with attribution for personal or internal business reference. Any other use needs our written permission.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unidal Technology CC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Namibian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and the courts of Namibia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
