What we collect

When you submit the project survey on this site, we collect: your name, work email address, organization, sector, the areas of interest you select, your problem statement, your stated urgency, and your consent to this notice. We also derive a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address at submission time — never the IP address itself — used solely to enforce a submission rate limit and prevent abuse.

If you submit the investor enquiry form, we collect: your name, work email address, firm or organization, your role if you give one, the investor type you select, an optional indicative ticket band, your message, and your consent. The same salted IP hash is derived for rate limiting. We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, accreditation declarations, identity documents, banking details, or proof of funds.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to understand the problem you’ve described and prepare a solution proposal in response. We treat problem statements as confidential client information.

Investor enquiries are used only to respond to your enquiry and to share information about the company. Submitting one does not create any investment, offer, or obligation on either side.

How we protect it

  • Submitted only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
  • Stored encrypted at rest.
  • Access to stored submissions is limited to Unidal Technology’s three founders, each with multi-factor authentication enforced on their account.
  • We never render your problem statement as executable content anywhere it is later viewed — it is always treated as plain text, including in internal notification emails.

Where it goes when you submit

Your submission is stored in our database and is also sent, in full, to our internal address at info@unidal.tech so that a founder sees it promptly. That means a copy of what you send — including your problem statement — exists in our mailbox as well as in the database.

How long we keep it

Survey submissions are retained in our database for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted.

The emailed copy described above sits outside that automatic deletion and is removed manually. If you ask us to delete your information we will remove both copies, and we will confirm when we have done so.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information at any time by emailing info@unidal.tech. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. It is processed only by the infrastructure providers Unidal Technology uses to operate this site (managed database hosting and, if you are contacted by email, our transactional email provider) — each solely as data processors acting on our instructions, never as independent data controllers of your information.
